This Privacy Policy explains how Quantified sp. z o.o. (referred to in this Privacy policy as "Plyn", "we" "us" or "our") collect, use, share, and protect data in connection with your use of our website at https://plyn.work (" Website ") and our service at https://app.plyn.work/ (" Service " or " Plyn app "). It also describes users' rights and how to contact us for further information.

Data Collected

To use the Plyn app, you are required to create an account with your email address. No other data is necessary to use the Plyn app. You may fill your profile information so that your team members can recognize you.

Plyn is used by businesses to facilitate communication, data collection and collaboration. Companies create teams in which they work together.

The person designated by the business to act as Team Admin is responsible for identifying team members and setting internal policies regarding what personal data is required to be filled in.

Plyn provides ways to add branding to teams. This includes, among others, team logo and team name. This data is visible to all team members.

When you upgrade your team to a paid plan, we may collect your personal and billing information to identify you and process payment.

We may collect usage and error data to improve the Service.

We use client-side Storage systems to provide the Service.

Data Use

Primary Uses : We use collected data to provide the Service, for customer support, communicating with you, billing and payment processing, and for operational purposes. Additional Uses : We may use data for internal analytics to improve our services.

We may share your personal data with third-party service providers and partners for the purposes described above. These third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

Google Firebase and Data Transfers Outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

The application uses tools developed by Google LLC, which serve, among other things, to securely store user and team data, provide real-time experience, and collect crash reports. This allows us to continually develop the Service and ensure its functionality. Plyn uses the following Firebase services:

Cloud Functions for Firebase;
Firebase Authentication;
Cloud Storage for Firebase.
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Hosting;
Firebase Firestore;

For services provided by Google LLC, it's possible for data to be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area), to countries where GDPR regulations do not apply. The scope of data transfers is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service and limited to usage of Firebase Authentication service, such as email addresses, display names.
